Welcome to 2058

The future did not arrive all at once.

In 2058, people still go to work, meet friends, raise children, argue, fall in love, get tired and worry about tomorrow.

The difference is that the world around them has changed.

Artificial intelligence is part of everyday life. Autonomous transport is common in public systems. Homes can understand spoken intentions. Medical technology keeps people healthier for longer. Most payments happen without cash. Information is filtered and summarized by personal AI agents.

And yet, the old world never disappeared.

People still read printed books. Restaurants and pubs are still important. Some people drive their own cars. Cash still exists. Old buildings stand next to new ones. Some people embrace the newest technology while others deliberately choose something older.

2058 is not a perfect world.

There is still inequality. People still disagree. Technology still fails. Institutions still struggle to keep up. And humans remain very good at creating problems that technology cannot simply solve.

This is the world of OUT-OF-BOUND.

Not a distant future.

Just our world — after another thirty-two years.
